The branch of the Financial Agency is located on the ground floor of the shopping center next to the entrance from the garage. The entrance to the branch is accentuated by a wooden cladding with an Fina advertising sign. Access to the branch office from the hallway is directly to the customer area, equipped with a seating area, a console desk at which clients can prepare documentation, and monitors with projections of information and marketing content. The design concept of the space is inspired by the elements of the investor’s graphic standard. The use of materials is contrasting (Final dark and light surfaces of the walls in contrast with the cladding of vertical wooden slats). The division of space into user, work and service zone is articulated by worktop elements and arched wooden partitions. The contact zone of user and work zone is accentuated by the ceiling lighting (dispersive membrane). On the wall behind the counter, opposite to the shop window, there is a decorative vertical green garden in the upper zone of the wall with an illuminated Fina sign.
