Tourist and Recreational Complex
Ivanić Grad
Total area: 35,000 m², construction: 1,900 m²
project : 2021.

The project envisions the construction and landscaping of a tourist-recreational complex at the Stara Marča location near Ivanić Grad, on plots with a total area of approximately 35,000 m². The existing terrain includes an artificial lake, forest areas, and meadows, and the urban plan preserves the existing vegetation and topography. Planned facilities include 20 accommodation units (bungalows, mobile/prefabricated houses, robinson-style lodgings), a bio-pool with a swimming section, an adventure park, sports and children’s playgrounds, and a recreational zone for outdoor activities. All structures are planned as low-rise buildings, integrated into nature with minimal environmental impact. The project is divided into four public-use zones: a restaurant with accompanying facilities, a bio-pool between the restaurant and the lake, a forest-side recreation zone, and a smaller swimming pool with a sun deck and amphitheater. Accommodation is planned in houses of various types and sizes, with larger units offering panoramic views of the lake and smaller, more intimate units located along the lakeshore. The project also incorporates ecological principles, including the use of bio-pools and solar energy.
