The plot of the family house is located in the town of Seget Donji, near Trogir on a steep southern slope facing the sea, Trogir and the island of Ciovo in an urban unconsolidated area with dense construction of family houses along the eastern and newly buildt hotel along the western border. The specific requirements of the location resulted in the formal and functional closure of the house towards the built zone along the eastern and western borders and its opening towards the northern (natural rock) and southern side (sea). The two-sided orientation of the house is accentuated by a two-storey semi-open atrium on the west side and a terrace with a swimming pool on the south side. The design is in an accentuated Mediterranean style with the intertwining of exterior and interior space, the play of light and shadow, and the use of indigenous materials in light tones.
