The plot of a semi-detached residential and commercial building is located in Seget Donji on a steep southern slope facing the sea, Trogir and the island of Ciovo in an urban unconsolidated area with dense construction of family houses along the eastern and sports building along the western border. In the basement of the building there is an underground garage, on the ground floor there is a business space of the fitness center, on the 1st floor there is a business space of the polyclinic, and on the upper floors there are apartments. The building is shaped by an eclectic reinterpretation of the existing construction next to the plot, with juxtaposition of volumes between which open, semi-covered and covered spaces of terraces, balconies and loggias are created. This design strives to create a strong Mediterranean tectonics in a modern style.
