Mandre Apartment Complex
Pag Island
Building area: 2,800 m2
project 2025.
A conceptual urban and architectural design for the construction of residential buildings on the southern slopes of the Mandre settlement on the island of Pag. Four terraced buildings are positioned on sloped terrain, respecting the specific characteristics of the local landscape. The project follows the natural terrain, ensuring a harmonious relationship with the surrounding environment. The main inspiration for the design stems from traditional Dalmatian architecture, with an emphasis on the use of stone and dry-stone walls. The complex includes two smaller two-story buildings located near the access road, one three-story building positioned in the northeastern part of the site, and a pool house with a shared swimming pool at the center of the complex. All structures are integrated into the natural surroundings and oriented toward the sea, offering views of the nearby islets Škrda and Maun.
