Residential complex with 14 buildings

A contemporary designed residential complex in the northeastern part of Velika Mlaka. The residential neighborhood is oriented to an internal dead end street, with a low level of traffic, and a pedestrian zone with a green area in the center of the settlement, as a place of gathering and social interaction, on a frequent pedestrian route towards the bus stop. All buildings are residential, with the possibility of converting ground floor apartments into commercial premises in some of the  buildings. A total of 14 multi-family buildings are planned, of which 6 are detached buildings and 8 are semi-detached buildings. The buildings are three-story buildings with an attic shaped as a recessed floor, the facades are finished in a combination of plaster and brick cladding.
