The programm for the farm development comprises of a complete cycle of activities that includes ecological cultivation of fruits, vegetables and cereals, fruit and vegetable processing, tofu, cellula, mushroom, bread and pastry production, using its own energy production from renewable sources. Supplementary activities include catering, tourism, recreational and educational activities through the organization of seminars, workshops, art colonies, accommodation and gastronomy, pedestrian and bicycle trails, and shop with farm products, all with the aim of promotion of ecological principles.
