Production and storage facilities are located in two underground floors, with optimal temperature and humidity conditions for maturing and storing wine. The only above-ground part of building is a pavilion with multipurpose room for tastings, lectures, workshops and presentations, with south facing large glass wall and covered terrace, surrounded by vineyards and stone drywalls, a hedonistic space for wine lovers overlooking the Stari Grad Plain, UNESCO World Heritage Site.
